Polycom SoundStation™ Conference Speaker Phones
SoundStation is Polycom's world-leading conference phone, used by all of the Fortune 100. SoundStation adapts automatically to changing room and telephone line conditions to permit natural, full-duplex (two-way) conversations without clipping or distortion. Integrated keypad eliminates the need for another phone. Three integrated microphones utilize an internal echo canceller to substantially eliminate the "well" sound that is heard on most business phones with built in speakers.

With sensitive high-performance speakers, SoundStation Premier® delivers crisp, clear sound that's twice as loud as Polycom's SoundStation. It's also twice as quiet. The SoundStation Premier's automatic microphone switching technology means that only the microphone nearest the person talking is on, limiting extraneous noise from around the room. Premier provides added Echo Cancelling capabilities by providing each of its (3) microphones with its own echo canceller.

The EX offers all of the features of the SoundStation with two external microphone ports and electronic capability for adding the optional Extended Microphones. SoundStation EX with (2) Extension Microphones adds expanded capability for echo cancelling and microphone pick-up in medium to large-sized conference rooms. Using the Extention Microphones doubles the room coverage of the Standard SoundStation.
